What we expect from you:

Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
5+ years of experience, preferably in construction or engineering companies.
Fluent English (spoken and written) and native Latvian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Advanced Excel knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
Experience in the full accounting cycle.
General accounting, invoicing, and closing management.
Experience in tax filing (VAT, CIT...).
Valued: experience as an administrative/accounting manager (more than financial).
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to international work environments.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Invoice accounting and book keeping entries.
Document management and financial record keeping.
Communication and coordination with suppliers and clients.
Tax comparison and compliance monitoring.
Preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and period-end closings.
Support with tax filings, payroll, and social security processes, in coordination with local advisors.
