As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager who can lead teams, coordinate complex projects, and contribute to strategic business decisions in a dynamic startup environment.

Your responsibilities

Leading and coordinating internal and external projects from initiation to delivery
Managing cross-functional teams and ensuring effective collaboration
Supporting business operations and helping optimize internal processes
Participating in strategic planning and business decision-making
Acting as a key communication point between clients, management, and operational teams
Monitoring project timelines, priorities, risks, and deliverables
Improving workflows and implementing scalable operational solutions
Supporting onboarding and integration processes for new partners and clients
Assisting in resolving operational and business-related challenges
Preparing reports, documentation, and project updates for management

What you need

Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience as a Project Manager or Team Lead in fintech, finance, payments, IT, or crypto
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions in fast-changing environments
Experience managing teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of fintech operations, payment flows, or compliance processes is a strong advantage
Knowledge of crypto industry is considered a plus

Salary: €3,000 – €5,000 gross / month (depending on experience)
