We expect you to do:

1. Work closely with customer service and sales departments to identify, describe, and
coordinate business requirements;
2. Accurately and correctly define business requirements and pass them on to developers;
3. Payment card acceptance product development;
4. Prioritization of development tasks;
5. Business process automation;
6. Improve and develop Card acceptance products and functionalities;
7. Develop documentation and procedures for new products and functionality.
8. Develop and maintain project documentation;

We expect you to know:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, IT or computer science
2. At least 3 years of experience in the field of Payment Card Acceptance
3. Strong analytical skills that help to understand and analyze business processes, business
requirements and systems
4. Experience in project management (will be considered as an advantage)
5. Skills in identifying and documenting business requirements
6. Good self-organization and iniative
7. Ability to show initiative and work in dynamic work enviroment
8. Ability to effectively communicate in Latvian, Russian, and English languages
