Your workday will consist of:

  • handling Know Your Customer (KYC) process - preview and verification of received documentation and making an analytical risk assessment for clients
  • daily interaction with team members and other departments
  • ensuring high level customer satisfaction
  • reporting technical issues to the relevant parties

To fit this position, you should have:

  • proficiency in English language (especially written)
  • strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • ability to communicate clearly, friendly, professionally, both in writing and in speech
  • ability to work individually and in a team
  • solid computer skills
