Responsibilities

Maintain, monitor and make changes necessary to the systems and network infrastructure;
Monitor system performance;
Work with on-prem and cloud infrastructure solutions;
Be part of new solution design, implementation initiatives;
Documentation and change management;
Support team in daily operations by knowledge contribution;
Incident detection, response and remediation.

Requirements

Experience in Windows system administration: Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange;
Understanding of IT enterprise networking – Switching, WiFi, firewalls, VPN;
Setting monitoring, alerting, log collection systems: Zabbix or similar;
Experience in documentation and change management;
Preferable automation experience (PowerShell, bash or similar);
Preferable experience working with cloud system.
