● Increasing traffic to our sites from Google, Bing, and other search engines
● Creating and implementing SEO strategy for eCommerce
● Effective resource management (team, partners, and technical) to help us with achieving our goals
● Technical SEO audits and optimization
● Internal and external optimization
● Data analysis and reports
● Market and keyword research. Good knowledge of our target audience and competitor SEO activities
● Working closely with colleagues from IT, product management, digital and content marketing teams

● Higher education
● Competitive knowledge in all areas of SEO, e.g., marketing (technical SEO, on-site and content optimization, URL structuring, etc.)
● Systematic and analytical thinking; Data-driven decision-making skills
● At least 4-5 years of professional experience in SEO
● Expert knowledge in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
● Thirst for innovation and experimenting
● Genuine interest in constant professional development, and you follow the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, and technology
● Understanding in paid advertising and its correlation with SEO
● Exceptional English language skills

● 3000-3500 EUR gross, depending on your experience and professional expertise
