Basic LINUX skills
Oracle SQL Developer
Atlassian JIRA
Atlassian Confluence
Zabbix
High sense of responsibility and self-discipline
Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English in speaking and writing and good knowledge of Russian

Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the role:

Monitor the availability of the services provided
Provide technical support to internal and external customers
Inform customers about service availability, modernization works, incidents
Participate in the incident management process
Update internal documentation and knowledge base
