• Carrying out marketing projects following the overall marketing strategy and plans.
• Leading sales and brand development campaigns.
• Setting out tasks and managing communication with external partners (agencies, media, freelancers).
• Managing the production of different brand products.
• Tracking KPIs for ad campaigns and creating reports.

• Related education (senior students accepted) with knowledge in different marketing channels.
• Genuine interest in digital marketing and the latest trends.
• Professional MS Office skills.
• Experience in project management.
• Confidence in making independent decisions and organising workload.
• Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English.
• Experience in running media campaigns is preferable.
• Precision and attention to detail.
• The ability to carry out multiple large projects and achieve agreed goals and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytic tools.
• Understanding of eCommerce business model will be considered an advantage.
