Requirements for candidates

University degree (preferably in construction, engineering, economics)
Job experience in sales (B2B), preferably in the field of sanitary products, plumbing, heating, ventilation, construction, FMCG, or similar
Customer understanding and relationships
Responsible and result-driven self-starter
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent English
Good computer skills – MS office
Active driver with the ability to travel

Job description

Develop/grow business within Latvia, and deliver exceptional customer service
Make systematic showrooms and store visits to activate the company’s brands
Deliver product trainings to customers, specifiers, installers, architects, store staff etc.
Be responsible for successful development of Ideal Standard brand
Build strong, close, effective working relationships with key distribution partners
Regularly develop and manage market promotions and other initiatives
Project business management and development
