Customer support specialist (with German language)

The customer of I-Work is the global market company whose production facilities are located not only in Latvia, but also in other countries. As the company develops, we are looking for

Your responsibilities:

Communication with clients in English and German;
Communication with customers via e-mail, telephone and online chatting.

Your qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of English and German languages- both in written and spoken;
Honest, ingenious and willing-to-work personality;
High sense of responsibility and reliability;
Hard-working and goal-oriented personality;
Manage your own time, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
