Requirements for candidates

Knowledge of MS Office would be considered an advantage;
Good spoken English level;
Ability to work shift and cover direct manager during the absences (morning, afternoon, and night);
Previous shuffler experience would be considered an advantage;
Proven work ethic;
Latvian and Russian language knowledge would be considered an advantage.

Job description

Attending one-to-one and disciplinaries as advised by the Team Manager.
Supervising and ensuring proper procedures are followed during the shifts ie: Cards related documents, daily reports, etc.
Training and mentoring of new employees.
Re-training existing employees as and when required.
To work within your own team to produce the required results and to meet company targets.
Any related administrative duties related to your work are allocated by your direct manager.
Building and maintaining strong relationships interdepartmentally (TechOps, Equipment Spec, Academy, OCR, Floor Management).
Ambassadors of the culture and environment within the team.
