KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct telemarketing negotiations with existing company customers;
• Provide the necessary actions to increase the efficiency of sales of the company's services;
• Understand customer needs and provide customized offers;
• Know the offered services, to provide existing customers with the needed information;
• Promote long-term relationships with the company's customers and take care of their satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in sales and / or customer service by phone;
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Latvian and Russian; at least intermediate skills in English;
• Orientation to professional customer service;
• Negotiation skills;
• Ability to argue and persuade;
• Ability to make decisions independently, take responsibility and show initiative.
