Snotor is a software development company building custom solutions for clients in Europe and North America. We are mostly focused on FinTech, Healthcare and eCommerce projects, providing not only skilled engineering, but also in-depth business analysis and project management.

We are looking for a new business analyst for our Riga team to help us unlock more value for our clients and assist in building successful and efficient business analysis function. You will be working on a forefront of our projects, playing a key role in successful development and subsequent business value of what we build.

What will you do:

- Work with clients to identify their product needs and translate them into structured requirement specification (BRD, use cases, etc)
- Identify functional gaps, propose solutions
- Analyse and suggest potential improvements for clients project
- Collaborate with Sales and Technical team in proposal preparation
- Collaborate with Engineering team to transition requirements into development, choose appropriate technologies, and ensure that requirements are developed as requested
- Act as product owner on Snotor side in relationships with client
- Facilitate constant improvement of Business Analyst team in terms of knowledge, best practices, know-how, etc.

- Successful practical experience as a business analyst or system analyst
- Good understanding and knowledge of software development processes
- Good knowledge of methodologies for business and system requirements analysis and definition
- Ability to skillfully convert vague and unstructured information into distinct requirements
- Ability to work independently, accurately and proactively
- Fluency in English
- Energetic and customer-oriented personality

What would be considered asn advantage:

- Experience with Fintech or Healthcare IT projects
- Experience in supporting sales during RFP stage and discovery phase
