- Attract new customers and grow them following a set of internal rules and targets
- Maintaining a positive image of the company, ensuring quality and timely customer service
- Supervise new clients KPIs with operational department
- Active participation in the implementation of common ideas and achievement of goals
- Provide a level of service that meets the company's requirements
