Customer Service Specialists (with Scandinavian Languages)

I-Work client - an international company - customer support and call center.

Communication with clients in Russian and English language;
Handling technical and service queries from customers about their portable devices;
Taking Incoming calls;
Registration of complaints and recommendations in the system;
Provide exceptional customer service on every contact.

Fully paid education and training (4 weeks)
Relocation package (reimbursed flight, airport pickup, initial paid accommodation)
Salary of 1586-1700 EUR including bonus
