• Bachelor's degree industrial, business administration, or similar
• 4-5 years of working experience with demonstrated experience in project management within Supply Chain, Business or R&D functions, preferably in FMCG, Retail or Pharma industry
• Advanced English skills in speaking and writing
• Good presentation, effective communication, and negotiation skills
• To be open to challenges and able to overcome obstacles by coordinating the project team
• Analytical skills and able to overcome complex situations for the maximum benefit to the business
• PMP certification and certification in Agile project management is a plus

• Lead innovation, renovation projects for our categories
• Coordinate cross-functional project team which consist of both local & global teams and factories
• Train other users/stakeholders on Innovation Management methods and tools
• Develop project implementation plans, including timelines and risk/contingency options
• Assess project requests from the category teams, provide feasibility implications
• Manage project communication to business teams across the organization
• Assess and facilitate critical project decisions with business teams and/or management to ensure project priorities are optimized
• Conduct or facilitate root cause investigations when project or process deviations occur and identifies resolutions or corrective actions
• Report performance measures and ensure post-launch reviews are conducted
• Work closely together with the Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Regulatory and Finance to make the project launch a success
