IT Camp client is a largest Latvian food manufacturing company. They’re on the market since 1996 and cooperates with leading wholesalers, retailers and suppliers in the Baltics and all around the world.
The company is looking for IT Engineer / Technician.
Tech stack: Windows OS, Active Directory, MS Office 365, switching, routing, VPN, Firewall, DHCP, DNS.
Team: IT team consists of 10+ professionals.
Office: Granita street 9A, Riga, Latvia.
Responsibilities:
- User on-site technical, operational and IT support according to trouble ticket system;
- To resolve technical issues of IT infrastructure, video surveillance, telephony and peripheral IT equipment;
- Critical incidents solving according to established schedule;
- Maintenance and monitoring of functioning of different kind of hardware, computer, device and office equipment;
- Software and operational system installation and updating;
- Network support and installation;
- Software, hardware and networking issues troubleshooting and diagnosis;
- Installation, relocation of users' computer equipment, arrangement of workplaces;
- Preparation of documentation and instructions for users;
- User training and ability to translate technology into simple terms.
Requirements:
- Secondary professional or higher education in information technologies or a similar technical field;
- 3+ professional experience in information technologies;
- Responsibility, ability to plan working process and solve technical issues;
- Proven experience in IT support services;
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS and office equipment;
- Knowledge of computer construction and network structures;
- Good communication and analytical skills;
- Good knowledge of Latvian, Russian and English languages.
