General responsibilities:

1st and 2nd Level Support
Receiving of technical cases from customers as well as independent investigation and if necessary solution of the respective problem cases
User administration for SAP systems, SharePoint and Active Directory
Process and monitor technical incidents
Advise and support the customer in consideration of functional requests
Assist the customer in resolving issues
Dispatch and track tickets for the 2nd and 3rd level of support
Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research
Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and professionalism

Job requirements:

Excellent communication skills in German and English languages
Previous customer service related experience
Proactive and analytical approach
Good problem solving skills
Solution orientated and a team player
Desire to grow and develop in IT industry
Experience in the Office 365 environment
First experience in IT support
First experience in ITIL

Monthly gross salary from 1500 to 2100 EUR, depending on your level of expertise.
