RETENTION MANAGER
Main responsibilities:
• Making outgoing requests, the ability to interest and retain a customer
• Working with CRM and maintaining a customer database
• Ability to properly conduct dialogue with customers via email
• Ability to talk about IT products

• Experience as a Customer Service Manager
• Experience with CRM systems
• Advanced PC proficiency
• Confident using MS Office
• Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and accurately
• Advanced communication skills, customer-oriented personality
• Analytical mindset and high attention to details
• Multitasking abilities
• Positive, results-oriented, stress-resistant person
• Excellent Latvian and Russian language skills
