3 years proven experience in project management with at least 1million turnover (preferably within the construction industry).
Strong technical background.
Electrical Engineering experience would be an advantage.
Ms office and AutoCAD advanced user.
People Management experience.
Free command of English and Russian languages.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Stress resistance and high sense of responsibility.

Taking ownership of small to large sizes projects.
Liaising with Site Managers and site teams, keeping track of progress monitoring documents.
Control of projects' progress. Accurate and timely submission of progress for invoicing purposes.
Assisting estimation and preparation of commercial offers.
Reviewing commercial offers.
Supervision of procurement and site management activities.
Supervision of the delivery of order and Control of Cable, Containment and small mounting materials.
Tender meetings.
Controlling use of access equipment and storage containers on sites.
