- Love for beautiful design and quality products;
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service with the ability to build and maintain client relationships;
- Desire to succeed & achieve KPI's thus building your own salary through bonuses;
- Proven Sales experience and expertise in designing effective Sales strategies;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to successfully handle multiple responsibilities;
- Working with CRM systems and skills implementing AI in sales strategies are a plus;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and align with company goals;
- Fluency in English, additional language skills are a plus;
- Previous industry experience or a background in interior design or creative products is an advantage.

About the job
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Riga working mostly with USA market. Responsibilities include managing B2B customer interactions to ensure satisfaction, driving sales growth through innovative strategies, and overseeing sales processes in B2B segment as well as participating in events and exhibitions in USA.
Additionally this role requires managing collaboration partnerships with influencers, designers and other collaborators.
