Requirements for candidates
- At least a secondary education;
- Several years of experience in customer service;
- A strong focus on excellent customer service;
- Excellent communication, persuasion, explanation, and argumentation skills;
- Initiative, innovation, flexibility, and willingness to learn and collaborate;
- High stress tolerance and ability to see problems as challenges rather than obstacles;
- Excellent Latvian language skills and good English skills (for internal corporate communication).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving and advising company clients by phone and email;
- Providing clients (private and business customers) with information about the company’s full product portfolio and additional services offered by the group;
- Being responsible for preparing sales and network service contracts with clients;
- Providing information about installation and repair of gas equipment and meters;
- Supplying billing information upon client request;
- Maintaining post-sales communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with the services received;
- Processing applications and making outbound calls to clients (both private and business) to promote sales.
