This is the job.
- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, frontend interfaces, or full-stack applications based on team focus.
- Take ownership of high-complexity modules and system components
- Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, product owners, and DevOps to ensure cohesive and performant solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring responsiveness, scalability, and security.
- Engage in code reviews and continuous improvement practices.
- Lead technical design and architecture for complex features.
- Mentor team members, promote best practices, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Drive innovation, automation, and high-quality delivery.
You have:
- 5+years o fexperience with Java
- 3+years of experience with SpringBoot
- Strong experience designing and building microservices / REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Understanding of distributed systems, scalability and performance optimization
- Good understanding of building applications from scratch (architecture through delivery)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Seen as advantage:
- Experience with JavaScript
- Basic understanding of Angular( 17+) or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with SPA concepts
- Experience with Elastic search
- Experience with Keycloak/ RH SSO or similar authentication solutions
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
