Job Description
At Saulite Partikas Grupa, as a Marketing and Sales Assistant, you will support both the marketing and sales activities of the company while contributing to its growth across European markets.
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the management team, assisting with marketing initiatives, customer communication, and business development activities. You will gain practical experience across multiple areas of the business while helping ensure the smooth execution of daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the company’s brand and digital presence, assisting with marketing campaigns, preparing sales materials, communicating with clients and partners, and helping identify new business opportunities. This role combines creativity, organization, and strong communication skills to support both market visibility and revenue growth.
Requirements for candidates
- Experience in marketing or sales (B2B experience is an advantage).
- Fluency in Latvian, English, and Russian for communication with suppliers and clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks responsibly.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and SEO fundamentals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
- Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and work effectively as part of a team.

What You Will Do
- Support the company's marketing activities in the European B2B packaging market.
- Update and maintain the company website (content, structure, and basic SEO optimization).
- Prepare marketing materials, including catalogs, presentations, and promotional merchandise.
- Identify potential B2B clients and maintain the customer database.
- Assist in preparing commercial offers, handling client correspondence, and communicating with customers.
- Maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
- Assist in organizing and attending industry trade fairs and events.
- Follow up on incoming inquiries and potential clients.
- Prepare and maintain commercial documents, presentations, and templates.
- Provide administrative support for marketing and sales activities.
