Required skills and qualifications
- Higher education, preferably in real estate management, law or a technical discipline
- Proven track record in delivering professional property management services.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, both in the physical environment and document management.
- Ability to work in a structured, disciplined manner with clear planning and timely execution of responsibilities.
- Strong English skills are an advantage for communication and reporting to international clients.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office and retail tenants across the managed portfolio.
- Make sure landlord and tenants meet their lease obligations.
- Manage property income and expense budgets; analyse variances and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Plan and oversee cost-effective maintenance program for buildings, systems and equipment.
- Coordinate the handover of premises and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new tenants.
- Tender and manage suppliers and ensure quality, performance and compliance.
- Identify and implement improvements that increase tenant satisfaction and build strong relationships with tenants, landlords and investors.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare regular reports to property owners on operational performance, financial results, technical condition and other key matters.
