Your Responsibilities:
- Providing support to SIXT car rental, car subscription, and full-service leasing customers
- Handling incoming calls and emails while maintaining high service quality
- Planning and coordinating vehicle repairs in collaboration with customers and partners
- Accurately entering data into internal systems
- Encouraging customers to explore additional services or upgrades
What We Expect from You:
- A strong motivation to deliver exceptional customer service
- Initiative, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to independently find solutions in diverse situations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team
- A genuine desire to grow professionally and learn something new every day
- Excellent communication skills in both Latvian and English
- Preferably, good knowledge of automobiles and a valid Category B driver’s license
