• Lead overall site construction management and coordination

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

• Monitor progress against the project programme

• Coordinate work fronts and interfaces between disciplines

• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and HSE standards

• Manage site logistics, resources, inspections, testing, and handover activities

• Identify risks, delays, and implement corrective actions

• Chair and participate in site coordination meetings

• Maintain site records, reporting, and documentation

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience on large-scale projects

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field

• Valid Latvian Construction Practice Certificate or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, QA/QC, and HSE standards

• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams

• Excellent planning and coordination skills

• Good English language skills (Latvian and Russian considered an advantage)

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software

• Gross salary: €4,500/month
