• Manage and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP design disciplines

• Lead and control BIM processes throughout design and construction phases

• Coordinate design development in Revit and ensure model accuracy

• Review design documentation for constructability, compliance, and cost efficiency

• Coordinate BIS submissions and approvals

• Manage RFIs, design changes, and technical clarifications

• Act as the main technical link between designers, site teams, and client

• Ensure compliance with Latvian regulations and project specifications

• Support tender documentation, BOQs, and value engineering activities

• Participate in technical meetings and report to Project Management

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams

• Strong understanding of BIM, CAD, and document management systems

• Excellent coordination and communication skills

• Good English language skills (Latvian and Russian considered an advantage)

• Gross salary: €4,500/month
