• Supervise HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting installations

• Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings

• Coordinate technical submissions and RFIs

• Monitor installation quality and progress

• Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities

• Support project handover and documentation processes

• Maintain site records and technical documentation

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Engineering degree

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems

• Experience on residential or mixed-use construction projects

• Knowledge of Latvian construction regulations and FIDIC contracts

• BIS certification or experience with BIS workflows is an advantage

• Fluent English and Latvian or Russian

• Gross salary: €3,500/month
