• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost records

• Review BOQs and contract quantities

• Evaluate subcontractor applications and variations

• Support procurement and tender evaluations

• Monitor project costs and forecasts

• Prepare cost reports and cash-flow information

• Maintain variation registers and commercial documentation

• Support contract administration and claims management

• Minimum 8 years of quantity surveying experience

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, or similar

• Strong understanding of BOQs, valuations, and cost control

• Experience with subcontract administration

• Advanced Excel skills

• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts considered an advantage

• Good English language skills

• Gross salary: €4,000/month
