Manage the seafarer full recruitment cycle

Proactively mobilize Nautical and Technical Officers and Ratings to maintain and develop a strong pool of employed seafarers, ensuring operational requirements are met at all times through a comprehensive market overview

Ensure proper document and certificate management, maintaining compliance with applicable requirements.

Develop and maintain a network of internal and external contacts, representing NSB GROUP while actively driving recruiting activities

Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Maritime or Business Administration,

Proven experience in international crewing, preferably in a ship management or maritime environment.

Minimum of five years of professional recruiting experience or one year of experience as a seafarer.

Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to crewing and seafarer management.
