What You will own:
· Drive the financial engine by reconciling accounts receivable, processing daily operations and ensuring our debtors' records are flawless.
· Master the complexity of chargebacks, processing returns and optimizing current operations, turning potential hurdles into streamlined processes.
· Engineer clarity through internal reporting and provide high-impact data support for our international partners.
· Facilitate seamless communication with clients, fostering qualitative engagement and maintaining strong, transparent partnerships.
What we are looking for:
· A growth mindset: You don’t just follow instructions; you look for ways to improve every process you touch.
· 2+ years of relevant experience in fintech or with payment providers—this is where your industry expertise shines.
· Sharp analytical skills with confident Excel/Google Sheets abilities.
· A solid grasp of accounting principles and a healthy obsession with detail, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
· Experience with 1C or similar software is a plus, but your adaptability matters more.
· Solid understanding of crypto operations and processes.
