WHO ARE YOU:
You are a highly skilled Front-End / Mobile Developer with a strong foundation in modern front-end technologies and a good understanding of UI/UX. You enjoy building intuitive, polished digital products and are equally comfortable improving existing codebases and developing new features and interfaces from scratch.
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end and/or mobile development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and cross-platform development for iOS and Android.
- Strong experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Angular or similar modern web frameworks.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, Riverpod, Bloc, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UI/GUI development, responsive design, usability, and UX principles.
- Ability to translate Figma designs and product requirements into polished, production-ready interfaces.
- Experience integrating applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Familiarity with iOS and Android platform requirements, device capabilities, permissions, and platform-specific behavior.
- Experience with Apple App Store and Google Play Store release processes is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working with, maintaining, and improving existing and legacy codebases.
- Good understanding of front-end and mobile performance optimization.
- Strong clean-code practices and experience with Git, code reviews, testing, ESLint, Prettier, and modern development workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
THE ROLE:
As a Front-End / Mobile Developer, you will play a key role in developing and improving our customer-facing products across mobile and web.
A significant part of your work will focus on our Flutter-based iOS and Android applications, where you will develop new functionality, improve existing features, and continuously enhance the overall user experience.
You will also contribute to our web products, working with technologies such as TypeScript, and Angular.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining our iOS and Android applications using Flutter.
- Building new mobile features and improving existing functionality.
- Developing and improving our web applications and interfaces.
- Turning designs and product ideas into intuitive, responsive, and high-quality user experiences.
- Working closely with product, design, and backend teams to bring new features from idea to production.
- Integrating front-end and mobile applications with APIs and backend services.
- Improving application performance, stability, usability, and maintainability.
- Refactoring and modernizing existing and legacy code where necessary.
- Identifying opportunities to improve UI/UX rather than simply implementing requirements.
- Maintaining high standards for code quality, testing, and development practices.
- Supporting the release and ongoing maintenance of applications across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

To strengthen our development team in Latvia, we are looking for an experienced Front-End / Mobile Developer with strong expertise in TypeScript, and Flutter.
As part of the Development team, you will play an important role in building and improving our customer-facing products across web, iOS, and Android. Your work will include developing new features and interfaces, improving existing functionality, and contributing to the overall UI/UX and quality of our products.
You will be based in Riga, Latvia, working closely with our local team while also collaborating with developers, product teams, and other colleagues across the Enreach Group in Europe.
This is an opportunity to work in an international technology environment while being primarily based in Latvia, contributing to products used across multiple European markets.
