This is a hybrid role. As a Senior Product Designer you will be responsible for leading design projects from initial concept to final implementation and mentoring & inspiring a team of UI and UX designers by conducting regular design critiques, providing constructive feedback, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
Reporting to the Director of Product Design you will be part of the Product Design team, who advocate for the player at every stage of the design process by leveraging data, user research, and A/B testing to inform design decisions, creating intuitive and engaging user journeys.
Salary range for this role, based on experience level is €3,500 - €5,000 gross per month.
You Will:
- Leadership & Vision: Drive the UI/UX vision for our online casino, sports betting, and poker products, ensuring all designs are aligned with business goals and brand identity. You'll lead design projects from initial concept to final implementation.
- Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI and UX designers. You will conduct regular design critiques, provide constructive feedback, and foster an environment of continuous learning and growth.
- Design Excellence: Set and maintain the highest standards for product design quality. You'll be responsible for creating and overseeing the development of a scalable design system, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all products.
- Player-Centric Design: Advocate for the player at every stage of the design process. You will leverage data, user research, and A/B testing to inform design decisions, creating intuitive and engaging user journeys.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver world-class products. You'll effectively present design concepts and strategies, articulating your decisions with confidence and clarity.
- Hands-On Design: Maintain a hands-on role in the design process, creating high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and final assets for key features and new products. You'll set the pace and quality standard for the team.
You have:
- Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Analytical Mind: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed
- decisions.
- Experience: at least 4 years of experience with Product Design projects or similar roles.
- Visible industry knowledge: understanding of design principles and best practices in iGaming, Finance or similar industry projects
- Teamwork: experience with agile methodologies and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Nice to have: understanding of sports in any form.
- Portfolio: you are proud to showcase your recent works (or general portfolio) upon applying to a position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to perform work duties.

Mēneša alga šajā amatā, atkarībā no pieredzes līmeņa, ir no €3,500 līdz €5,000 bruto.
Šī ir hibrīda tipa pozīcija. Kā vecākais produktu dizaineris (Senior Product Designer) jūs būsiet atbildīgs par dizaina projektu vadīšanu no sākotnējās koncepcijas līdz galīgajai ieviešanai, kā arī par UI un UX dizaineru komandas mentorēšanu un iedvesmošanu — vadot regulārus dizaina pārskatus (design critiques), sniedzot konstruktīvas atsauksmes un veicinot nepārtrauktas mācīšanās un izaugsmes vidi.
Atskaitoties produktu dizaina direktoram (Director of Product Design), jūs būsiet daļa no produktu dizaina komandas, kas aizstāv spēlētāja intereses katrā dizaina procesa posmā. Komanda izmanto datus, lietotāju izpēti un A/B testēšanu, lai pieņemtu pārdomātus dizaina lēmumus un izstrādātu intuitīvus un saistošus lietotāja ceļus (user journeys).
