We are looking for an experienced Compliance & Legal Manager to join Mogo & Primero, part of Eleving Group.

• Lead the company’s legal and compliance function

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies

• Identify, assess, and manage legal and compliance risks

• Provide practical legal advice and support to management and business teams

• Develop and maintain internal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks

• Oversee contracts, legal documentation, and regulatory matters

• Cooperate with regulators, external legal advisors, and other stakeholders

• Promote a strong compliance culture across the organization

• University degree in Law

• Solid experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably within the financial sector

• Strong knowledge of Latvian and EU regulatory requirements

• Experience in managing legal and compliance risks

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical business solutions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• High level of responsibility, independence, and attention to detail

• Fluent Latvian and English language skills
