At Mapon’s headquarters in Riga, you’ll join a local team of more than 140 colleagues representing Finance, Sales, Partnerships, HR, Engineering, Client Support, Operations and other functions.

As a Junior Accountant, you’ll be part of Group Accounting, supporting daily accounting operations for several Mapon group entities. You’ll work closely with experienced Accountants and the Chief Accountant while collaborating with colleagues across our international organisation. This is an entry-level opportunity to build broad, hands-on accounting experience in a supportive and genuinely international environment.

We’re looking for a Junior Accountant to support our Group Accounting team with day-to-day finance operations across several Mapon entities. You’ll work with supplier and customer invoices, bank transactions, reconciliations, payments and month-end activities while learning from experienced colleagues. The role is designed as a clear entry point into an accounting career at Mapon, with the opportunity to grow into Accountant-level responsibility within time.
