- Bachelor’s degree in business, transport, logistics or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant logistics experience; road freight or field sales experience is an advantage.
- Commercial mindset, strong communication skills and confidence in customer negotiations.
- Excellent Latvian and English language skills.
- A proactive attitude and motivation to learn and develop professionally.

Your role:
- Deliver sales targets and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
- Win new business while developing the existing customer portfolio.
- Build and manage a structured field sales plan and sales pipeline.
- Create trusted, long-term customer relationships through proactive follow-up and strong commercial ownership.
