We are looking for a Digital Workspace Engineer to join our Global IT team!
You will be based in Riga while working across Nordomatic Group, with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID, Identity & Access Management, automation and Azure DevOps. English will be your main day-to-day working language.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and support Microsoft Entra ID, users, groups, roles and access permissions;
- Support identity lifecycle, governance and access control processes;
- Build and improve automation using PowerShell;
- Develop and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines;
- Support MFA, Conditional Access and SSO;
- Troubleshoot identity and Microsoft 365-related issues;
- Collaborate with Nordomatic’s global Security, Infrastructure and Collaboration teams.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft cloud, identity, workplace or infrastructure engineering, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID;
- Strong PowerShell and automation skills;
- Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps;
- Good understanding of IAM, Conditional Access, MFA and SSO;
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
- Very good English skills both verbally and writing.
Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Identity Governance, PIM, RBAC or hybrid identity will be considered an advantage.

- Salary: 3800-5000 (EUR) gross/month, depending on experience and competencies;
