This is the job.
- Act as the main contact for integration-related questions
- Proactively reach out and keep dialogue open between Group and Local teams
- Support local teams’ understanding of integration related work
- Identify bottlenecks, recurring issues and drive improvements
- Support implementation teams with:
- API integrations (REST)
- event-driven flows (Confluent Kafka)
- data models and system behavior
- Analyze and validate payloads and data
- Investigate discrepancies between expected and actual outcomes
- Support testing and go-live activities
- Maintain and improve integration documentation
- Identify recurring issues and drive improvements
- Filter and escalate relevant issues to development teams
- Support multiple parallel implementation projects .
You have:
- Experience with system integrations (APIs and/or event-driven systems)
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze integration issues
- Strong understanding of data structures and system flows
- Experience working with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Ability to query and validate data to investigate integration issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured and proactive way of working
- Comfortable working in a multi-project environment.
