Key responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for organising and coordinating the supply chain from manufacturers to customers.
- Develop and manage relationships with strategic suppliers, while ensuring effective risk management and operational compliance.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all relevant stakeholders, including manufacturers, laboratories and business partners across World.
- Lead negotiations with service providers and agree on commercial and contractual terms.
- Prepare and manage the required documentation, ensuring that deliveries are executed efficiently and in full compliance with applicable legislation and requirements.
- Coordinate deliveries and effectively align the needs of all parties involved, ensuring that customer requirements are met accurately, efficiently and on time.
Requirements
- Higher education.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in logistics and international logistics, including hands-on experience with rail and sea freight logistics.
- Good knowledge of Incoterms and an understanding of international trade and supply chain processes.
- Excellent Latvian, English and Russian language skills.
- Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to maintain an overview of the overall process.
- Quality-oriented and solution-focused approach, with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
