Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and maintain API integrations using Python and related technologies.
- Investigate integration issues, solve technical challenges, and improve performance.
- Collaborate closely with other IT team members to achieve great results and deliver necessary changes for the business.
- Suggest improvements to the architecture, processes, data structure, performance, and automation level of the integration layer.
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of software development experience with strongexpertisein Python.
- Django & Django Rest Framework (DRF).
- RESTful API creation and maintenance.
- Experience working with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL.
- Experience implementing integrations with external APIs and services.
- Experience with unit testing and knowledge of software development best practices.
- Experience with Celery,dramatiqand Docker.
- Fluency in Latvian & workingproficiencyin English(for effective daily communication with colleagues in the group companies).
Nice to have requirements (will be considered as an advantage):
- Experience in the FinTech sector.
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Familiarity withNestJSor similar frameworks.
- Experience inOpenBanking&bankstatement categorization integrations.
- Experience with PDF data processing & API Mocking.
- mypy,DjangoCMS,FastAPI, Flask.
- CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes,Asyncio.
