The Account Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring excellent customer experience and smooth order processing. This position acts as a central point of coordination between customers and internal departments, supporting daily operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to efficient supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, product information, and inquiries
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Logistics, Production, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Monitor stock availability and delivery schedules, proactively addressing potential issues
- Handle customer complaints and claims in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- Maintain accurate customer data and order records in ERP/CRM systems
- Support the Sales team with administrative tasks and customer-related activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes
Requirements and Quealifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or logistics (preferably in B2B industry)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (experience with CRM is a plus)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
