You:
- Have excellent spoken and written English.
- Have solid experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Are comfortable recruiting internationally.
- Know how to engage candidates rather than simply process applications.
- Conduct confident, structured and probing interviews.
- Are highly organised and administratively accurate.
- Can work independently and take full ownership of your pipeline.
- Are persistent in obtaining documentation, references and registrations.
- Can quickly understand dental terminology and clinical workflows.
- Know when a candidate looks good on paper but does not stand up to deeper questioning.
- Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment where speed, judgement and results matter.
Experience in healthcare recruitment, dentistry, medical credentialing, international mobility or recognition of professional qualifications is a strong advantage.
Job description
Your role is not to generate as many applications as possible. Your role is to find the right professionals.
You will turn a broad international candidate pool into a small, well-qualified shortlist by combining sourcing, interviewing, professional assessment and administrative follow-up.
Typically, you may start with around 15 relevant candidates and work towards approximately 2 preferred candidates and 3 strong reserves.
What you will do
- Create, publish and optimise compelling recruitment campaigns.
- Identify the most effective recruitment channels and sourcing opportunities.
- Proactively approach dentists and other dental professionals across Europe.
- Conduct structured online interviews.
- Assess motivation, communication, professional attitude and availability.
- Evaluate candidates' dental knowledge, terminology and clinical experience.
- Discuss previous treatments and professional responsibilities in detail.
- Assess whether candidates can work accurately within administrative and clinical processes.
- Request and verify professional references.
- Collect and review diplomas, certificates and professional documentation.
- Coordinate professional registration and recognition of foreign qualifications in Belgium.
- Follow up professional credentials, access tokens and other required registrations.
- Maintain an organised and transparent recruitment pipeline.
- Prepare candidates for practical test days in Belgium.
- Follow up immediately after each test day.
- Prepare concise and structured candidate evaluations.
- Assess both professional suitability and genuine motivation to continue.
- Advise Dental+ on which candidates should progress, remain in reserve or leave the process.

We work with institutional and underserved populations and focus on one central question: how can high-quality dental care be organised efficiently, reliably and at scale?
To support our further growth, we are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Freelance International Recruiter who can identify, qualify and guide strong dental professionals from across Europe towards opportunities in Belgium.
This is a fully remote assignment. You can work from anywhere, provided you are available during agreed European working hours and can communicate fluently in English.
You will have a high level of autonomy and will own the recruitment process from first contact to final qualification.
