This is a key role in supporting The Magnum Ice Cream Company in Latvia by ensuring accurate data management, efficient administrative processes and high quality reporting that enable informed business decisions.

The role is responsible for maintaining customer information, managing pricing and product data, preparing sales analysis and coordinating documentation flows. By collaborating closely with various internal departments, the role helps optimize sales operations and contributes to the smooth execution of commercial activities.

The role ensures that the sales team is equipped with timely and reliable information, supporting overall business performance and customer satisfaction.

The vacancy is as of temporary type (until end of 2027); located at SIA Magnum ICC Latvia (Riga).

· Proficiency in Power BI: data analysis & reporting, dashboard creation.

· Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.

· Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and document management.

· Very good English skills.

· Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

· High level of accuracy, attention to details, ability to perform routine tasks consistently.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize workload.

· Similar work experience (preferred).

· Supporting sales team with data processing.

· Sales analysis and report preparation (Power BI).

· Creating new customers and managing customer data.

· Creating product and campaign tables.

· Managing and entering customer prices.

· Document management and archiving activities.

· Communication with different departments.
