You will be entrusted with:
- Providing excellent customer service by ensuring smooth rental process and offering additional services to customers.
- Follow all SIXT quality standards related to customer service, fleet managment and claims handling.
- Handle all customer inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Organize the daily reservations according to the available fleet.
- Invoicing and payment control.
What we expect:
- You have experience in customer service and sales.
- You are a team player with a positive attitude.
- You enjoy working with demanding customers.
- You have good PC literacy knowledge.
- Fluency in English and Latvian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are enthusiastic about cars and have a driver’s license category B, experience at least 2 years.
