YOUR MISSION
Assess submitted loan requests according to regulations and internal guidelines set by the company to maintain issued loan quality and detect potential frauds.
- Work with new loan applications and loan-related requests, perform loan validation and other necessary loan amendments
- Provide outstanding customer service while assisting loan officers throughout the loan request and closing process
- Perform rigorous quality assurance and process improvement tasks
- Work with other departments to ensure customer needs are met for additional services, such as Collections & Payments, Finance, IT support, etc.
YOUR PROFILE
- Passion for career in finance
- Learning and improvement driven personality
- Analytical, constructive and logical mindset
- Ability to be flexible in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Previous experience in finance is considered as an advantage, but not required
- Availability to work up to three Saturday's per month.
