a young and innovative IT company based in Riga, Latvia that was born out of necessity to improve manufacturing processes and employee productivity through automation for a local woodworking company. Fast forward to today and we’re a team of a wide range of specialists from IT, logistics, manufacturing, quality control, e-commerce, warehousing, inventory systems, and procurement sectors with over 20 years of experience in their respective fields.

• Knowledge of the software development life cycle
• General understanding of information systems architecture
• Ability to plan your working time according to project deadlines and priorities of set tasks

NICE TO HAVE:

• Skills in business process modeling and automation, preparation of user stories
• Higher education in computer science with specialization in systems analysis
• Experience in management of IT projects
• Experience working with Jira and other Atlassian systems
• SQL knowledge
• Experience or knowledge of any of the programming languages as PHP, C# or JAVA

What would be your main responsibilities?

• Participate in the implementation of project and discovering customer business needs
• Perform business requirements research, specification and design
• Documenting the changes made in accordance with the good practice of the IT industry
• Plan project (internal and with clients) handover inspections
• Analysis of information systems operation, improvement planning
• Consulting developers and testers
• Testing and implementation of new solutions and technologies
