Global entrepreneurial established wealth management organisation is presently expanding their highly professional global in-house legal team, requiring an ambitious and commercial legal advisor to assist across a global business with corporate matters.

Reporting directly to the Head of Legal you will support the corporate, trade, and production activities of foreign companies offering worldwide corporate structure support. Monitoring foreign legislation, compliance control with international legislation, drafting legal opinions, and other briefing documents as well as drafting commercial documents.
Experience working across multi jurisdictions is an important part as well as exposure to working in-house. This position offers exceptional exposure and integration across a global business. You will need strong communication skills and organisational ability to work effectively within this position. With the support of their Head of Legal, this role would also suit a highly qualified legal graduate with a couple of years of experience within this sphere or a qualified lawyer.
