Requirements for candidates
- Previous experience in administration positions
- Familiarity with GSheets/ Excel. Previous experience with CRM would be highly valuable
- Curiosity, you like to research and to investigate, you like using new tools and softwares
- Diligent working style, structured and process drive
- Logistics background as bonus points
- Fluent in English and German. Fluency in other European languages is a plus
Job description
- You support the Linehaul Operations and Finance teams with Data Input
- You maintain quality and correct entry of information in our fliit database
Ownership - you are responsible for all POD- related tasks and the management of all PODs - You are very interested in logistics and you identify issues and support the teams with passion
- You are an organisational talent and can keep a great overview even when it becomes stressful
