GUEST RELATIONS AGENT

We are looking for a GUEST RELATIONS AGENT to make our clients feel welcome and ensure their pleasant and comfortable stay at our hotel. We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic professional to join our team.

Nestled directly on the shore of the Baltic Sea, the 5-star Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA has a unique location in Jurmala amidst the dunes and lushly pine-trees.
Hotel features 165 contemporary rooms and suites, many with fantastic views and private balconies.

Responsibilities

Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
Acting as private manager – reservations, services
Actively listen to and resolve complaints
Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services
VIP check-in handling
Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered
Maximize hotel revenue via up sale of services
Analyze customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
Establish friendly relationships with regular hotel clients

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Agent or similar role
Proficiency in ENG/RUS/LVL; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
Welcoming, outgoing personality
BSc degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
